I built Authentic Talent Edge because I got tired of watching smart organizations lose momentum to unclear decisions, bloated processes, and change initiatives that never actually changed anything.
After nearly two decades building and leading talent functions across healthcare, homebuilding, staffing, and corporate environments, one pattern became impossible to ignore. Business performance accelerates when talent strategy is intentional, decisive, and executed with discipline.
My work spans executive search, high-volume recruiting, national talent acquisition operations, early-career and internship program design, and system optimization. I have built recruiting engines from the ground up, implemented and optimized ATS ecosystems, coached recruiting leaders, and partnered directly with executives to solve the problems slowing growth instead of talking around them.
My approach is straightforward and grounded in execution.
I move quickly without sacrificing rigor. I diagnose root causes instead of symptoms. I simplify what has been overengineered, challenge assumptions that no longer serve the business, and design systems teams can actually execute. I do not believe in performative change, buzzwords, or waiting quarters to see progress. I believe in clarity, accountability, and measurable movement.
